Not all wills are valid.

Fortunately most wills treat the subject’s family with care and generosity.

Some wills, however, can reflect old misunderstandings or abusive attitudes by the deceased towards a spouse or children. Other wills may reflect improper influence by someone who has manipulated the deceased into making a will or transferring property before death.

It is important to know that some wills and transfers may be successfully challenged in court.

Together, Trevor and Judith can help you:

  • Contest a will or joint tenancy transfer
  • Contest an estate
  • Make a disinheritance claim
